Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay. For the protection of all parties, the booking party may also be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. As part of your booking, a soft screening search will be obtained, and your income may be requested. Each guest who will reside, 18 years or older, must be verified. We ask for the combined income totaling the equivalent of 2 times the monthly rent. Acceptable proof of income includes but is not limited to, 2 most recent bank statements (showing ending balance totaling to 2 times the rent), or 2 most recent paystubs. Please note that we may request proof of income up on reservation extensions. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. I acknowledge that I may be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in. I acknowledge that I may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance by my rental agreement and condition of the booking.

All housewares included. 1 Parking Space Included. Refrigerator / Freezer & Microwave Please note: no stove, sink or dishwasher (only dry bar with refrigerator and freezer) Sink is only in the bathroom. This Loft is very similar to a hotel room just much bigger and it comes with a parking space + housewares. Shared entrance: you share an entrance to the hallway with other suites But your suite is completely private. Please be advised that $600 key security deposit is required and will be collected prior to check-in. It will be released back to the guest post check-out once keys have been returned.

*There is currently an on going construction behind the building. The construction noise levels may vary. Please be aware that this area has pockets of ongoing construction and evidence of homelessness. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are aware of and agree to our no cancellations or refunds policy due to the above-mentioned issues. We do not assume liability arising out of harm to any person or personal property. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Guests may purchase insurance to protect themselves and their belongings. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are aware of and agree to our rules which include the following: No smoking in the unit or building; breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed in our locations. If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately. **Property Has Strict Parking Enforced! You will have an assigned parking space. Any cars in unauthorized spaces will be towed** *TV is not a Smart TV - If you want to make it a Smart TV, you need to bring your own firestick.
