As part of your booking, a soft screening search will be obtained, and your income may be requested. Each guest who will reside, 18 years or older, must be verified. We ask for the combined income totaling the equivalent of 2 times the monthly rent. Acceptable proof of income includes but is not limited to, 2 most recent bank statements (showing ending balance totaling to 2 times the rent), or 2 most recent paystubs.
