"Please be aware that downtown Santa Monica has homelessness. The building is located near Salvation Army Center. Meals are being served somedays during the week and the recipients aggregate near our building. We are not issuing cancelations / refunds for the above-mentioned issue". We do not allow smoking; breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed in our locations. If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $80 for every extra hour of cleaning required. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately.
