As part of your booking, a soft screening search will be obtained, and your income may be requested. Each guest who will reside, 18 years or older, must be verified. We ask for the combined income totaling the equivalent of 2 times the monthly rent. Acceptable proof of income includes but is not limited to, 2 most recent bank statements (showing ending balance totaling to 2 times the rent), or 2 most recent paystubs. Please note that we may request proof of income up on reservation extensions. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.
